The turn speed has a cap on it based on your armor class. Every game plays a little different. I'm alright with it. It helps to avoid close proximity battles with scouts. Like getting swarmed by gnats... with shotguns.

Hey, you got my vote on that reset to title idea. This bug is tedious after waiting for the move warning screens, multiple menus, patching files that are already up to date. It would make this a whole lot easier.
